Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital services provided by PWN-ALL Auditing, Reviewing & Testing Cyber Risks CO. L.L.C, a company registered at 145, Al Mustaqbal street, Iris Bay Tower 2101-11, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using any of our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

Once an e-book or digital product has been delivered to your email or made available for download, it is considered delivered and consumed. Proof of delivery (e.g., email delivery confirmation) constitutes sufficient evidence of access.

No refunds are provided for digital products unless required by law (e.g., if the product is defective or not as described).

Any refund requests or complaints must be submitted in writing to finance@pwn-all.net within 7 calendar days of the service or product delivery.

All complaints will be reviewed within 7 working days.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Our Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWN-ALL Auditing, Reviewing & Testing Cyber Risks CO. L.L.C shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Consumer Protection Notice

Clients located in the United Arab Emirates may also seek assistance from the Consumer Protection Department of the UAE Ministry of Economy or the Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) in case of unresolved disputes.
